Free Returns

If you're not 100% happy with your new appliance, just let us know within 30 days of delivery and you can return it for free. See our Ts and Cs here for information on how to cancel.

We'll give you a full refund

Your refund will be made within 30 days of collection, including the costs of delivery. If you've used your product there are a few things you need to know, which you can read below.

If the product isn't what you expected, maybe it's a bit too big or small for your home, we'll happily arrange an exchange for you.

Unfortunately we cannot always exchange computing products. You can find out more information on this below.

Here's some additional things you need to know

If you've used the product

We're happy for you to unpack the item and inspect it properly, however, if you've used or installed it, we will only make a partial refund to cover the loss in value of the product. Please note, this could be up to 50% of the price of the item. Your refund will be made within 14 days of collection.

Our 30 day cancellation policy

Our 30 day cancellation policy also applies to any additional services you may have ordered (such as disconnection, disposal etc). If you've ordered any additional services for a product, these will automatically be cancelled when the order for that product is cancelled (unless the service has already been performed).

If you order an additional service and expressly choose for that service to be carried out within 30 days of order (by nominating your desired day of delivery or otherwise) and such service has been carried out, then you are deemed to have waived your cancellation rights and we shall not be under any obligation to refund any charges paid for such additional services.

Faulty products

If you think your product may be faulty, we’ll do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We'll ask you to provide information on the product and the problem, and may suggest an engineer’s visit to help identify the fault. If the product is faulty, we’ll offer you a resolution in accordance with your legal rights.


If you buy a bundle and wish to return it, you must return all items to qualify for a full refund of the price you paid. Otherwise a partial refund amount will be offered, which will not be equal to the RRP of the item(s) you are returning.

Click and Collect

If you’ve chosen Click & Collect as your delivery method, there are a couple of options should you decide you no longer want your item. If you have collected your item, simply contact us and we’ll arrange to collect it from you. If you haven’t yet collected your item you can simply leave it at the store until the 10 day collection window has passed. It will then be returned automatically and a refund will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the item.

Need to return a Computing order?

Returning Computer hardware (laptops, desktops, tablets or accessories)

If you decide to return a computing product, you will have two options, both of which we provide for free.

  1. If you decide you no longer want your product before it has arrived, you don’t have to accept the delivery when it turns up. Just let the delivery driver know you no longer want it. If you’ve ordered an HP or Apple product, you can call us before it arrives to cancel delivery.
  2. If you’ve already had your product delivered, simply give us a call to arrange collection.

Once we receive the unused product, we’ll be able to refund you.

Exchanging Computer hardware

Unfortunately we are only able to exchange HP or Apple computing products.

If you’ve ordered an HP computing product, you can exchange it for any other HP Computing product. Similarly, if you've ordered an Apple computing product, you can exchange it for any other Apple Computing product. If you’ve ordered any other Computing hardware (laptops, desktops, tablets or accessories) and decide you want to change it, or if you want to exchange an HP or Apple product for a product from a different brand, you’ll be able to return it in one of the ways listed above. We’ll refund you for the product (subject to our normal terms on refunds) and you’ll then be able to place a new order for the replacement item.

Returning or exchanging software

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or exchange any computer software, including Microsoft Office and antivirus packages. All sales are licensed to you, and are therefore final.
